Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Elle Zhang (RS-66252) and Ryan Lee Sharpe (RS-80162), REALTORS® licensed in Hawaii with eXp Realty, RB-21841, 6600 Kalanianaole Hwy Suite #114, Honolulu, HI 96825 ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in. Every form asks for your name (or first and last name) and email address, and most also ask for a phone number and a message. Depending on the form, we may also ask for:

• the address of a property you want valued
• whether you are buying, selling or both, and your price range and timeline
• the areas, price range and number of bedrooms you are looking for
• whether you are a first-time buyer, relocating or another type of buyer, or what you are interested in
• for military moves: your branch, base, report date and whether you plan to buy or rent

We also record which form you used and when you sent it, and that you checked the box agreeing to be contacted.

Information collected automatically

• Visitor statistics. The site uses the built-in visitor analytics provided by our website host, Lovable. It counts page visits and records the page viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, language, an approximate location based on your time zone, how long you stayed, page loading speed and technical errors. It sets one first-party cookie holding a random visit number that expires after 30 minutes. We do not use it to identify you, and it is sent to this website's own address rather than to an outside advertising service.
• Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
• Settings saved in your browser. If you change the text size or tick items on the PCS or Seller's Guide checklists, your choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there next time. They are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising trackers, advertising cookies or social media pixels.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services and follow up with you by phone, email or text, as the consent checkbox on our forms says: "I agree to be contacted by Elle Zhang and Ryan Lee Sharpe of eXp Realty by phone, email or text regarding my inquiry."

Who we share it with

Form submissions are saved in this website's own database, run by our website host, Lovable. We also use Follow Up Boss, a customer relationship management service, to manage and respond to inquiries, so your details may be entered there. These service providers handle information on our behalf.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or as needed to provide real estate services you ask for.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling a property.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
