Five sections, one gated
Waialae Iki is made up of five sections: Waialae Iki I, II, III, IV and V. Only Waialae Iki V is gated. Sections I through IV are open neighborhoods. If a guarded entry matters to you, focus your search on Waialae Iki V. If you prefer an open street, look at I through IV. Waialae Country Club, home of the PGA Tour's Sony Open, sits below the ridge.
